Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clarysagebeauty.com

Please include:

·         Your order number

·         Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

·         A description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after processing.
