Thank you for choosing Clary Sage Beauty LLC. Each of our products is handcrafted in small batches using premium grass-fed tallow and carefully selected natural ingredients. Because our products are made with natural fats and oils, special shipping considerations may apply.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions and weather.
Warm Weather Shipping
Our tallow-based products are made without synthetic stabilizers and may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit.
If your product arrives softened or melted:
- Place the product in a cool location or refrigerator for several hours.
- Once cooled, the product will remain safe and effective to use.
- Minor changes in texture, appearance, or consistency may occur but do not affect product quality or performance.
Please note that we cannot guarantee products will remain completely solid during periods of extreme heat.
Cold Weather Shipping
During colder months, products may become firmer than usual. Allow the product to reach room temperature before use for the best experience.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Clary Sage Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clarysagebeauty.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping packaging
We will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Handcrafted Product Notice
Because our products are handmade using natural ingredients, slight variations in color, scent, texture, and appearance are normal and are a sign of the authenticity of our small-batch process.
